Reserving and viewing puppies

Reserving one of our puppies is very much a two-way process, you must be happy that we answer all your questions to your satisfaction, however, you must demonstrate to us that you and your family are right for one of our precious puppies.

Please do not be offended when we ask you questions!

Key questions

Reserving and viewing puppies

Reserving and viewing puppies

  1. The purpose of your puppy, is he/she intended as a family pet, or do you have a desire to breed our show?
  2. Is someone at home most of the time under normal circumstances or are arrangements in place for company and supervision of the dog elsewhere?
  3. Does the puppy have access to a fully secure private garden?

Questionnaire for prospective owners

We do have a prospective new owner questionnaire, it’s always helpful if you could complete this first

and email it across before we have a telephone chat.

Once we have explored all issues, we hopefully will agree to the puppy being reserved. At his stage, we will email you our extensive puppy rearing guide, shopping list for your new puppy, and details of the food they will leave with.

Puppies are only classed as reserved when we have been through this process and a reservation fee has been received.

From here, we will arrange a mutually convenient time for us to meet and see the puppies in their home environment alongside mum and other relatives.
